TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

License Information

Purchased video clips are royalty free and can be used in broadcast, non-broadcast and internet productions.

Purchased video clips may not be re-sold, rented, leased, loaned, sub-licensed or licensed.

Purchased video clips may not be used as a trademark, logo, or element of a logo or trademark.

Any incidental use of names, trademarks, logos, registered or copyrighted designs depicted in any video clips, 

is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to obtain all the necessary rights, releases, consents or permissions

as may be required for reproduction.

Purchased video clips may not be used to slander, asperse, defame, malign, libel, or vilify the persons, property

countries, races, customs, cultures, religions, governments or military depicted in the video clip.

Purchased video clips may not be used in or in conjunction with or as part of obscene, fraudulent, pornographic, 

libelous, infringing or illegal material.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Affordable Footage be liable for any damages whatsoever

(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,

loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising from the use of or inability

to use the purchased video clips.

Credits

When credits are used in your production, please include a credit line that reads

"Additional footage by AffordableFootage.com"
